I would like to say a big thank u to ALL concerned in Roc Doc. Had reason to go there for an emergency recently. I got first class treatment both in reception and from the doctor who treated me. It is so good to hAve such a great service on our doorstep and no waiting hours or on trolleys. Thank u and well done to all concerned. Lucy

Collecting a prescription

Tablets

I was collecting a prescription which was faxed in last night so it was ready for collection. BUT when you drop in a prescription and you have to wait for it, in this chemist you wait at least 20 mins if not 30 mins.
