My name is Mary Dolan Watters and I gained my licentiate in Acupuncture from The College of Medical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CMATCM) in Ireland. I am a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland, members of the ACI are approved by Aviva, VHI, Laya Healthcare and HSA for Out-Patient insurance purposes. After graduating, I worked in China at the Shuguang Hospital in Shanghai, which is affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Michelle Reilly is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Aberdeen and a First class honours degree in Biological Sciences from NUI Maynooth. Client consultation training was completed with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) in Bray. At Michelle Reilly Nutrition, I understand how a stressful and busy schedule can seriously influence dietary and lifestyle choices and how poor choices can have a hugely negative impact on our health.  I work to ensure the best possible care is provided and to develop a specific diet and lifestyle programme to achieve your long term health goals
