Good treatment, poor communication
Were you pleased with the treatment?
The treatment once you manage to see one of the doctors is friendly and efficient. However if you attend the open clinic, you must sit for up to 4-6 hours at a time. You can book appointments with the doctors in advance, but usually there is a waiting list of at least 2-3 weeks. T
Would you recommend the clinic?
No, as it is extremely frustrating trying to contact the practice. The telephones are rarely answered. The wait time and follow up for a private service is not satisfactory.
Would you return for further treatment?
I'm am actively looking for a new GP service purely down to the excessive wait times in the open clinics, long waiting lists for appointment slots, and the poor Communication with the reception staff. in summary the practice has become too big for the residing doctors, and the service has paid the ultimate price
