The Kinsale Medical Centre has been offering excellent medical care to it's patients for over thirty years. We strive to maintain, and improve, a standard of health care that is second to none. We are a teaching practice affiliated to University College Cork. We are involved in Continuing Medical Education. We are active members of the Kinsale Primary Care Team, Which allows for greater liason between all health professionals and ensures a more comprehensive care for patients in need of health services in our community.

We pride ourselves at Diabetes Insight/Helena Farrell Consultancy at being able to offer a service that helps people overcome these obstacles without being judged, in fear or being blamed. We provide a reassuring, supportive environment which is open to all people with diabetes, that they can access it when they require/need. We can give people time to discuss issues they maybe having, provide solutions and give ongoing long term support if required. There are no waiting times/restrictions so you can get information & advice when you most need it. We welcome self referrals and referrals from health care professionals for Pre-Diabetes, Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes.   Lifestyle: We recognize at Diabetes Insight/Helena Farrell Consultancy that many people have to make lifestyle changes for a variety of reasons, either connected to their health or for other reasons.
