Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Through my martial arts training I learned tai chi and qi gong (a form of energy work and breathing exercises). I also have fitness instructors certification from WIT and work as a personal trainer and nutritionist. In practice I deal with everything from sinusitis and bad backs to infertility to IBS, depression, weight loss, fibromyalgia and many more conditions both simple and complex - working to balance the mind, body and spirit and bring the client back to health. I also practice Shiatsu massage, tuina Chinese massage and Indian head massage.

With over 15 years experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine and massage, Simon is able to help with a wide range of ailments that present to the clinic. He has done additional studies with American, English, Spanish and Australian clinics. He has dealt with many stroke survivors while in Spain and they were the mainstay of the clinic over there. The combination of acupuncture and body work proved extremely effective and was able to reduce recovery time substantially. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture has also proved to be a popular treatment as not only does it deal with facial lines but enhances the body as a whole as it improves the appearance by improving what is going on in the body.
