I am so happy with the treatment. The doctor is very professional and honest. He was upfront with me about everything. I am just amazed with what he was able to do with my missing tooth. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will continue to do so. The children will be coming to Cairo for a visit and I plan on bringing them here for a check up. Dental care in the US is extremely expensive so many Americans, like myself, go without regular dental care. I am so thankful to him for his great care and reasonable price.

Job well done. 8 Zicronia crowns and root canal. Dr shalash walked me through all the procedures from day 1. He personally answered all my emails and questions before planning my trip for the initial consultation.
After two weeks of dental work(about 5 visits) I am very satisfied with the end result.
Prices are very reasonable compared to quotations I received in New York.
Highly recommended.

Although i was not lucky to proceed with the laser whitening on full session there, i went there for follow up as i was not happy the post treatment instructions at the previous clinic i was in ,D.shalash is quiet friendly ,with adequate explanation of the procedure,inspite of the fact that i missed the opportunity to proceed with the whole sessions ,he is your perfect candidate doctor to explain and follow up on your teeth in a very friendly manner ,i was happy with my dental molded trays for touch ups and the whitening gel regarding my whitened teeth which was not even included in my previous treatment nor did i get considerate follow up information,
For expats,english speaking and travelers in egypt ,you really have to stop by,If you are looking for world wide standard service ,this is the perfect place ,classy and professional service ,Good luck :)

yes. i have finished the first phase of the treatment.The procedure was longer than i expected, however i was never in any pain or discomfort.

yes. very good service and communication. Dr. Mahmoud made sure i understood every step of the treatment as we proceeded. His assistants are very friendly and cheerful!

Fantastic job. i had to get a crown in the front of my mouth. i was a bit worried about the situation wondering if my tooth would look better after my sessions. i was so incredibly happy with my crown. my tooth looks better than it did before my accident.

I suggest to bring the CEREC machine at your office doctor, that will speed up the dental crown procedure and will shorten it into only one visit.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Shalash Mahmoud. Before I went to Cairo I had made an appointment by email everything was explained to me as well as an approximate fee, which was exactly what I paid. Dr. Mahmoud has a very good command of english.
Would you recommend the clinic?
I would recommend this clinic for dental treatment, very professional approach by dentist and the cost about one third of the cost in Ireland, I had an upper and lower bridge fitted.
Would you return for further treatment?
Overall I had a very positive experience and would certainly return to this clinic.

I recently Visited Dr Shalash in Maadi. He has done some Implants for me, and I need to return by June to have these completed. I initially spoke with him by telephone from England, and he was very obliging with all the information that I needed. I made the trip to Egypt, and visited him at the clinic in Maadi. I found the cleanliness and hygene of the clinic's equipment very reassuring, with the assistant staff of Dr Shalash also having similar standards.
Would you recommend the clinic?
I will of course recommend this clinic to anyone that needs Dental work done. However, as I live in England, and the clinic is in Cairo, it would not be so easy to reach. I do travel extensively, and I will pass on this information to anyone who will be visiting Egypt.
Would you return for further treatment?
Such is my confidence in Dr. Shalash, I will probably make him my prefered Dentist for non urgent work.

Dr. Shalash is quite pleasant,and professional. Great Level of quality of product and services. Incredible good price. I would highly recommend him. I wished i had know how wonderful the experience would be, as i would have been there faster - but i interviewed many dentists before him, and he was my favorite choice, and i was right to have him - i can`t wait to get to see him again for more... BTW i had him work on 9 teeth!, so i am not saying these things lightly. You may contact me anytime!
