Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

We have been at DrHB clinic many times for different procedures for my family including my two little boys. EVERYONE at the clinic has such a good bedside manner and caring attitude in and out of the clinic with kind follow up's even after the procedures. Amazing specialists. I was with Sean throughout my pregnancy and was happy with him. Now mostly visiting Mark who is very competent specialist in all possible areas and always happy to refer for further tests to confirm or rule out a diagnosis or if patient needs peace of mind.
