After only a few sessions with David, my depression began to lift, my self-confidence returned, as I got stronger, we explored other areas of my life that had triggered my depression. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Amazing specialists. I was with Sean throughout my pregnancy and was happy with him. Now mostly visiting Mark who is very competent specialist in all possible areas and always happy to refer for further tests to confirm or rule out a diagnosis or if patient needs peace of mind.

Counselling. Brenda is super smart, kind and empathetic. She knows just when to stretch me, when to sit back and wait for me to come to my own conclusion. I've really benefited from our sessions and taken away so many tools that I can apply in every aspect of my life. In particular, how to manage my anxiety and low self-esteem. Have recommended Brenda to a number of friends.

Seeking help was the scariest part for me but it was definitely a case of “ good thinking Batman “ Allan is an absolute gent and helped me declutter my thoughts and feelings. I thought it would be a long and difficult journey but it was a relaxed atmosphere, and in that comfortable safe space I began to see myself and like myself … just me as I am! It never once felt like a stuffy therapy session…. Allan says it like it is, and therefore I could too. He is a genuinely likeable, nice guy with a sense of humour and I’d highly recommend him !!

Siobhan was wonderful from day one and always made me feel very comfortable each session. I never felt short for time her or felt like she was rushing me to finish a session, it always seemed to end on my terms which were really nice. She seemed to pinpoint my issues and help my confidence grow tenfold. Though our sessions are done for now I feel I can always go back whenever I'm having a particularly bad week. Couldn't recommend her enough especially for those who've never done this kind of sessions.
