I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.

I had my surgical procedure carried out at Diamond Skin Care within the Roundwell Medical Practice in Costessey. The registered nurse who diagnosed my treatment and carried out the surgery was Anelia Mihaylova, she made me feel at ease and explained in advance in a clear precise way exactly what the treatment would entail.
