Accepted a cancellation appointment the day after I applied to see someone. Dr Susana Morris was easy to talk to and she understood that I had been 'fobbed off' by so many NHS doctors disinterested in what they deemed to be purely cosmetic treatment. She removed surgically one keratosis from my shoulder and used liquid nitrogen to freeze a multitude of others from my torso. She will check the results in 8 weeks' time.

The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome.
