Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!

Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. Being a guy and slightly nervous of this type of procedure. I had a fabulous experience on my first visit to an aesthetic clinic. Dr David Taylor is an absolute gem and puts you at ease within moments of arriving. The procedure I had was totally painless and the whole session was just a joy. I will certainly be returning to Northwest aesthetics in the very near future.
