Dr Raquel has been amazing since the first moment I met her. She is incredibly professional, warm and knowledgeable, and explains everything from her skincare routine to potential treatments in such detail and with great care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and aims, and gave me very realistic feedback. There was never any hard sell or pressure to make a decision or commit to a course of action, and she was always available for follow up questions and advice. I've been really happy with the treatment I've had (polynucleotides) and the results. The clinic is a lovely space and a bonus is the free and easy parking! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Raquel; if you want a very trustworthy, honest and skilled practitioner at the top of the industry, there's only one place to go.

I have been using the services provided by the clinic for over 15 years( when it was first based in a medical centre building). I have always found the treatment first-class, professional and friendly. Love the fact there’s a points reward system for every pound you spend. I had a wonderful luxury pedicure with Katie using the points I’d accumulated…. Totally relaxing and my feet felt and looked amazing, such a fabulous ‘free’ treat.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
