Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease completely. I saw Dr Syed Mashhadi and Gabriella, and they were both amazing. They helped me with everything, told me what they were doing throughout, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Each time I came back, they recognised me and we had a chat about the previous appointment, which made me feel great. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also extremely kind and the whole surgery has a very warm and welcoming approach. When booking, the response time was very quick, and again they answered all of my questions very quickly and happily. I truly cannot put my recommendation of this clinic into words, it was beyond amazing for me! Thank you to all of those involved!

Dr John and his nurse made me feel really relaxed prior and during my procedure. I had a wart removed from my forehead. I chose this clinic after checking reviews, also it was not over priced. I would highly recommend this clinic. All the staff were polite, the clinic was very clean and Dr John was brilliant, the procedure was very quick and painless. Would definitely recommend it.

The yellow deposit fat on my eyelid had been there for a good few years. Thanks to Dr Afong, within just a single visit she removed it and within few days there was no sign of any scars. A couple of days ago I decided to go through with cool sculpting on my neck as I can’t stand what I’m looking at in the mirror anymore! To be perfectly honest I was quite nervous about the whole thing leading up to it once I committed to having it done. I could not have asked for more from Charlotte the Aesthetic Practitioner, who was professional & very informative about the whole process. Charlotte was compassionate and reassuring and no surprises whilst having the treatment. If anyone out there is considering this treatment, you're in good hands in Radiance Spa. From Reception to treatment to aftercare you couldn’t ask for more.
