Dr.Sadineni attributes her expertise in performing state-of-the-art dental procedures to her lifelong love of learning. Dr.Sadineni received her dental doctorate from the University of California San Francisco. She has over 20+ years of experience in Cosmetic, General and Implant Dentistry, and completed more than 2,600 hours of continuing dental education, including 1500 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques. Dr. Sadineni is trained to use the most technologically advanced dental equipment – helping to eliminate the pain and discomfort associated with traditional dentistry.

She received Masters in Academy of General Dentistry and also a accredited member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She completed one year Implant Maxi course from New York University school of Dentistry and also received Implant Fellowship award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She attended nationally recognized 3 years post graduate program in Contemporary Esthetic Dentistry at University of Minnesota, where she received hands on training in advanced cosmetic techniques.

Her practice philosophy defines a commitment to quality and customized care. She takes care to listen to patients' aesthetic concerns while determining their needs for optimal oral health. Dr. Sadineni values relationships she has with her patients and with the Dublin Metro Dental staff.

Ashley is the first person you usually see or hear when contacting our office, and she has been with the practice for nearly five years. She carries out a myriad of duties that ensures your visit runs as smoothly as possible. She resides in Grove City and attended the South Western Career Academy for dental assisting.

Shilpa is dedicated in helping you with any questions regarding insurance benefits, treatment plan, treatment cost and financing. She takes great pride and pleasure in delivering unforgettable service to our patients. She is bilingual, and speaks both English and Hindi.
