I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. All the staff was very kind and I will definitely come back in the future as a new patient. Thank you so much!

She was so gentle and made the injections painless and the treatment I needed possible. 3 fillings and a new crown later, my smile has been renewed along with my confidence. He is an excellent doctor, I cannot recommend him more. I have porcelain veneers made abroad, and one broke a few days ago, I contacted him, and he explained everything steps by step. I was very afraid that it would not be the same as my other teeth, and the truth is I am a very demanding person when it comes to my teeth, and the doctor has done an impressive job, I cannot be happier with him. Without a doubt I recommend it 100%, the treatment of the doctor and his assistant is implacable. Happy patient :-)

I had a bad experience with dentists when I was young which has made me into a nervous patient. Yesterday I had a one hour procedure at the Raglan Suite for a dental implant. It was carried out by Haytham Abbas and his assistant and they were both extremely caring and were able to overcome my nervousness with their conversation and an excellent explanation of all stages of the procedure, which was carried out without any pain. The aftercare bag was very appropriate containing a range of medications. I have no pain today and am pleased that I selected the Raglan Suite for my treatment. I am 84 years old.
