Composite restorations of the lower arch to cover the loss of inter dental papilla due to aggressive juvenile periodontal disease and adult orthodontics.I had the unsightly 'black triangles' of the lower anterior teeth. I have always attempted to be scrupulous with cleaning every three-months ,brushing 2-3 day, flossing etc but nevertheless these horrible gaps appeared. I tried gingival grafting, a gingival mask(horrible experience, lasted one evening). I wanted a treatment that was less destructive to the surrounding teeth, thus I did not wish to have veneers on these teeth. I had numerous composite restorations carried out by John. Other dentists at other practices that I consulted would not undertake these filling( I think it was due to their lack of knowledge of the Clarke Matrix System that is used by John). I am very happy with the results. The interior of the practice is very nice, but that was not really an important factor in deciding to have the treatment here; it was the availability of the Clarke Matrix system for the restoration of the unsightly black spaces.
