I'm a very nervous patient and have found that both Frankie & Usman are superb.I'm new to Usman, but what a very reassuring calm and sympathetic man, talking to you all the way reassuring you and explaining what he's doing and why. I had a large broken back tooth removed that was very hard to remove but he removed it in one go without breaking it further. I've been going to Frankie for a long time and she works in the same manner. The admin/reception staff are great too always welcoming and make you feel relaxed. I travel from Huddersfield to attend here and would always travel before finding another dentist. Pricing is very fair too. The service is top-notch.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason.
