Truly outstanding practice and service just received for my broken tooth treatment. From Keskey, the ever-helpful receptionist to the wonderful expertise, treatment and care given by Nita and her efficient, calm and friendly dental nurse when dealing with this stressed out, nervy and tad terrified patient! I have been with this practice since the start and would highly recommend it to all.

Went to stoke road dental clinic, as my dentist was not what it once was. I felt so welcomed here, also a plan was worked out. With two extractions needed, then a chrome partial denture, which should be a lot better then the immediate I have got, which are not good and alignment way out due to gum shrinkage, which has left me very less confident. But the hope is on the horizon, and new partials will be less bulky and won't need to put on lots adhesive on if any and matches with my gum and lines up with the other teeth. So thank you, Vijay, for giving me back my confidence.

I can't speak more highly about Arvin and his team. Totally professional in every way, made huge adaptations to keep patients safe during lock down. All staff very friendly and reassuring. Arvin takes so much time and trouble over everything, high attention to detail. Excellent communication. Three of us in our family have been going to Vitality for several years and would never change.

I recently had some upper front crowns replaced that had been done by the NHS and were looking a bit yellow. VIDA carefully explained the safest way of me having this treatment and actually getting to approve my new crowns before they were fixed in place. VIDA gave me control over how I looked and this really has my confidence to make the change. I wore trial crowns for a while to check I was happy with the look and feel, before giving my approval for the final crowns. I’m so pleased I did this! It took away all the worry of the financial investment because I knew that the dentist had checked everything underneath was healthy and by living with my trial crowns for a while I knew I would still feel and look like me even with the improvements to my new crowns. It also gave me time to whiten my teeth and for my shade to settle before the lab-made my final crowns. I’m in my 60s so I was worried about whitening but actually, I look really fresh and healthy - and the whitened shade is very natural. I’d recommend VIDA to anyone thinking of making an investment in their teeth. They don’t rush you, they give you brilliant advice, and produce stunning and natural work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve had this experience of first-class dentistry.

Having Rishi fix my teeth and give me back my smile has been wonderful. No one had ever told me previously that I chronically clench and grind my teeth and to have someone not only lay out my options to help prevent major work later on in life but to also have someone listen to my cosmetic concerns as recreate a natural smile for me has been great. Rishi really listened to my individual concerns rather than applying a one fix for all approach. Rishi was clear about cost options and this made it more manageable for me to move forward with the treatment. Rishi was clear about what treatment was available and his recommendations but also clear that I could do some things and not others; I opted to have my teeth straightened with Invisalign, rebuilt with composite bonding and whitening treatment. I also had a treatment to even out my tooth colour (something I didn’t know existed and why I’ve always avoided whitening in the past). I’ve had so many compliments on my teeth since completing my treatment and I am safe in the knowledge I am not grinding my way through denteen. I attended Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic on Tuesday 31st January 2023 for my routine visit to the hygienist and dentist. I have been a patient for many years and as always I received a first class service. The clinic was immaculate and the staff at every level was efficient, friendly and totally professional. They always make allowances for my age and check that I am comfortable. If you are looking for a dental practice in Southampton you will not find a better one than this clinic.
