Orthodontist Consultation Coventry, West Midlands

6 months ago I started my treatment for gum disease. My front teeth had separated and I was loosing teeth my gums were in a bad state. Monica who I must say is a breath of fresh air was the lady that talked me though what we had to do to get them under control. Only then would Dr Panchal be able to fix my front teeth and today I got my smile back. I can not thank Dr Panchal enough for making this possible. The results were even better than I could ever expect. All the staff here are brilliant and thanks to Alex also.

After a very traumatic experience with my autistic 13-year-old's orthodontist at a different clinic in Coventry (starting with B and ending with L) where they refused to trim her brace wire which was cutting into the side of her cheek, I reached out to Pinnacle as a desperate mum of a very distressed daughter and explained the situation. (My older daughter already has her brace treatment with them and they have been nothing but excellent). The reception staff immediately spoke with the orthodontist and asked us to come in to get the wire trimmed. Alison saved the day/week and my daughter calmed down. Alison cared and explained the ins and outs of what needed to be explained without embarrassing my daughter. A truly professional and caring service from the staff at the reception desk to Alison. I would highly recommend Pinnacle, Coventry over any orthodontist in Coventry. I will forever be grateful.

Great so far. Marc has done more of a plan and I’m looking forward to being able to smile again soon. I feel so relaxed there. They really are thorough and put you at ease.

The Dental Surgeon examined my X-rays and then my teeth. He then gave me understandable advice on the problem which I agreed with. He was a kind person.
