Review I fell upon Omnia Dental Spa by chance and it was the best thing that I have done. I needed treatment such as fillings etc to get my mouth to 'dentally fit' from the offset I was welcomed with warm and friendly advice. Not once have they ever tried to get me to take on treatment because it benefited them financially. It has always been honest advice with different options. Any work carried out has been to the highest standard and with exceptional care taken to avoid any unnecessary discomfort. I then proceeded to have Invisalign. Best decision I have ever made!!!! The results are unbelievable. It's true that you really do smile all the time. Omnia are so accommodating to get you an appointment to suit your schedule and also call you the day before to remind you. In essence any work you have done through Omnia will the best money you ever spend. I recommend this practice to everyone I speak to. Review ABC Dentist, Waterloo Street, Birmingham; Claim to offer “high quality, affordable dentistry”, where their ethos of dentistry is supposedly “focussed around YOU”, sadly I have to strongly disagree with this statement on their website. When I went in for my consultation Jag saw me and told me what kind of treatment plan was available to me. Overall, the condition of my teeth are perfect but I needed a brace to straighten them. I was told what type of braces were available and ‘Damon’ braces were quoted as being “amazing at achieving quick results”, obviously this would draw anyone in, especially when Jag went onto tell me that he would be holding presentations in London with the man who created the Damon braces and should I have them fitted I could have an extra £1,000 off the total price (which was around £5,500 ...nothing like the amount advertised on their website of the ‘from £1,895’, which makes you wonder how perfect your teeth need to be to get anything near that). As I felt very at ease with Jag and the staff I felt that this was something I wanted to go ahead with and value for money in the fact I felt relaxed, well taken care of and working with a team of excellence. From the moment I began treatment in having moulds made, xrays and various other consultations to discuss my treatment things changed. Many of my pre book appointments were cancelled as Jag was not available and at times this would be on the day. I was then told by Jag that his assistant in Coventry would be overseeing some of my treatment as she was “one of the best" in his team to help with my treatment plan, again, this appointment in Coventry was cancelled 2-3 times due to her not taking any more patients on and Jag not being able to make it.
