Review Mr Dulku is an outstanding dentist who is particularly skilled in helping nervous patients. He is caring and very patient at all times and understands that some people have a fear of dental work. I first saw Mr Dulku about 15 years ago or more when I could no longer afford the private dentist I had been seeing. This private dentist recommended Mr Dulku to me as I was a very nervous patient, almost to the point of phobic. I had a very severe gag reflex and a terror of the electric tools dentists use. Mr Dulku put me at ease immediately, listened very carefully to my fears and from that first appointment to the present has gone above and far beyond any other dentist to ensure I am coping during treatment. I saw his hygienist once and, as careful and caring as she was I was simply too scared to trust her and from then on Mr Dulku himself has cleaned and polished my teeth himself, something I am so grateful for. I am no longer nervous about going to see him, thanks to his patience and care I rarely have a gag reflex problem and I don't mind the electric tools now either. It took a long time of him only using his hand held tools to get me here but at last I'm a more 'normal' patient. I told him only yesterday that I hope he doesn't go anywhere as I don't know how I'd cope without him as my dentist. The reception staff are always happy, helpful and efficient. The waiting room is comfortable and clean - as is the whole building. There is a car-park to the rear and a disabled bay to the front, by the entrance. With exception of the upstairs hygienist, the building is on a single, ground level floor and totally accessible by wheelchairs - there is a gently inclined slope to the front door - so even that isn't too much of a problem at all.Clare, UK, 19 Jul 12
