Michael is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Sunderland Royal Hospital and Regional Lead for Head and Neck Surgery. His particular interests are in reconstructive surgery, particularly using computer-aided planning for defects of the mouth, jaw and face. Dental implants play a key role in such reconstructive work.
