Review My treatment is ongoing. Unfortunately when I eventually received my bottom dental plate it would NOT fit. After the Dentist attempted on the spot repairs it still would NOT fit. It appears the dental plate was warped. I was informed that this had occurred at the time of it being moulded. I then went through the whole procedure again. My final fitting for this substitute plate was yesterday 14/08/2012. Unfortunately, this plate was not suitable! I then returned to the practice today (15/08/2012) to attempt to resolve this issue. Another mould was taken! And I have been asked to return to the practice on the 22/08/2012 at 2.45 pm. May I stipulate that the staff have been excellent in friendliness, communication etc and I would have no problems recommending this practice. My Dentist has been fantastic, if not a little embarrassed as to the problems we are encountering. AS TO THE DENTAL LAB, I do not think you would wish to hear my comments.Stephen, Newcastle Upon Tyne, 15 Aug 12
