Review Firstly the filling was painful as there was not enough anaesthetic applied. Secondly the policy plan that I used as a method of payment was troublesome for them, which is displayed on their webpage as an accepted and recognised plan. I was given incorrect information and the resulting claim was completely incorrect. Instead of the practice getting hold of me, I had to call them as the company who deal with the claims had to come directly to myself as they did not receive a response form from the practice. This, along with the whole experience, was unprofessional and not what you would expect from a company which claim to have 46 years experience.
