I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! Had a consultation today and found this clinic to be very Covid19 aware was very pleased with this. My consultation was very professional and the staff were very friendly.

I had my first appointment with Dr Sheraz last week. At the age of 76 I've never liked the dentist and always nervous. He came out from his surgery to greet me in the waiting room and introduced himself. He put me at ease and his Nurse was lovely too. He was very gentle explaining everything to me. I had been booked in for a crown but after taking x-rays he advised me that the filling was stable and I didn't need it after all. Such a relief. I would happily recommend him to any nervous patient like myself. The receptionist was very nice and helpful when booking the follow-up appointments.

Very surprised how at ease the dentist & nurse made me feel. We both had to leave our usual dentist as it had shut down. After being with a dentist for many years it’s a bit worrying finding a new one. Both my husband & I were very pleased with our choice. We especially like the dentist for explaining going forward he will do a dental plan & explain our procedures. My husband has trouble with lower dentures he can’t wear them. With the Blue Raven Dentist he has given my husband an idea how he can make them fit in future. Treatment is yet to start it will be after Christmas. Blue Raven is a very clean well organised Dental Practice.

I found this dental clinic on the internet. I had already seen 10 dentists both private and NHS and none of them could work out why I was suffering chronic mouth and teeth pain. Dr Gordon was able to see the problem and start to fix it. My mouth and teeth are now feeling much better. The staff are lovely and the very gentle careful hygienist has helped to get my gums healthier.
