Biography:
Andrew Harrison graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2002. Shortly after this he undertook a hospital training post in oral and maxillofacial surgery and in 2005 he gained a diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Following this he has worked in general dental practice. He also works in the Dental Hospital in Sheffield helping aispiring dental students perfecting their skill. He is also committed to teaching new graduates as a dental foundation trainer.
He has a keen interest in surgical dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, sedation techniques for the treatment of nervous patients and injectable facial cosmetics. He is currently studying for a masters degree in forensic dentistry.

After graduating in chemistry and working for British Coal and British Steel, I studied dentistry as a mature student, graduating from The University of Sheffield in 1997. I subsequently worked in general practice in the Doncaster area, joining Bawtry Dental Practice in 1999. In addition I have worked as a clinical lecturer instructing Sheffield undergraduates at The Mexborough Montagu Hospital. I have also worked for the Doncaster PCT emergency dental service for a number of years.
My interests are in general dentistry and aesthetics and I particularly enjoy family care and treatment. I seek to provide high quality general dental care in a calm and professional environment.
