I am terrified of dentists!! I never write a review but I can honestly say the care and support I’ve received from the team at Shine is above and beyond. My journey with Shine started with me losing my front tooth and having an implant from an amazing team and now my yearly checkups. I recently went for a checkup and saw a new dentist! Didn’t sleep much the night before because I really, really hate going to the dentist!! From the moment I went in the reception team put me at ease. My new dentist was amazing, made me laugh and really cared about what my teeth had to say and how I felt I went for a scale and polish today and I came out feeling refreshed. For the first time in 50…. years, I no longer feel scared to get my teeth looked at!

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.

I have been a patient of Christopher Holden's dental practice for approximately 27 years. I have been more than impressed with the treatment and care I have received. I never feel nervous about having treatment as the staff have instilled me with trust. I always speak highly of the practice to my friends and work colleagues. The staff are always professional and friendly. I visited on the 21st April 2021 and the Covid precautions in place are very reassuring. Thank you for your care and service over the years.

I had been unhappy with some of my teeth for many years. After a consultation with Mr Shah I decided to go down the route of tooth implant. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. I have got my smile back. For anyone unhappy with their smile, go with it. You won’t regret it
