I've always been nervous of dentists after many bad experiences. Thank you to Dr Mark Franks and his team for your patience, you made me feel relaxed and at ease. I took the plunge and had veneers, which the treatment was explained to me. I now have a smile I can be proud of. 100% recommend this dental practice. THANK YOU.

I would never go anywhere else! Jag, Izzy, and Kerry are the best dental team I have ever come across. I count myself extremely lucky to be their patient. I've been a patient for well over 10 years and have always received the very best treatment possible. Kerry (receptionist) is friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!

Exceptional service from start to finish, the staff are really friendly and Rami is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who is a nervous patient.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

Totally relaxing and pain-free experience Due to a combination of Covid 19 and frequent changing of dentists at my previous practice, I conducted a lengthy search to find a dentist in Chesterfield, who could meet all my dental needs. In particular, I needed a dentist who could provide implants to a high standard at an affordable price. After my first dental review with Christopher Holden, he came up with a long list of things that needed doing to get my teeth back into better shape. He also said that to avoid having to make several visits, he could do everything in one visit, if I was prepared to have Conscious Sedation. As a result on the 9th December, I had six Composite Anterior restorations, three Composite fillings and a Surgical extraction of the stub and root of a broken upper front tooth ( where I am planning to have my first ever implant) all within a timeframe of around 90 minutes. Because of the Conscious Sedation, I only recall the first few minutes of the treatment. It really was a totally pain-free experience, from which I recovered very quickly, apart from some soreness in the gum as a result of the extraction. I have been terrified about the thought of having implants, but I do need some in order to be able to eat normally again. I am 77 but am optimistic that implants would make my life much more comfortable in the future, so am planning to proceed. despite my earlier fears of the process. I should also add that all the staff at the practice are very caring and fully professional, which helps you to feel at ease.

Mr Shah really puts you at ease by talking to you throughout your treatment. I wouldn't have anyone else, he is very professional. Hoping they open again soon, started my treatment just as they went into lockdown. Stay safe.
