I had the six month brace put in to straighten my front teeth which overlapped. I loved the speedy results i got as the brace was ready to be taken of just after 3 months. My teeth looked amazing and i had the permanent retainer put in. However about 8 weeks later the retainer (chain) come off while having dinner. I was very concerned and as it was a Saturday night i called the dental hospital. They asked to see me immediately and on assessing me decided to take the retainer out as the thought it was unsafe. This was all fine and i had it removed. I was called from Libiju on the Monday and was given an appointment to see them. After a 5 minute appointment i was given another appointment to have it replaced. In between these 2 appointments my front teeth did start to move despite wearing my plastic retainer every night as told. I do have concerns on whether i will be charged for another retainer and will my teeth be straightened again? After spending over £1000 on my teeth i hope the standard of my treatment stays high and the costs stay low as when speaking to the staff they were unable to tell me whether i would be asked to pay for a replacment which would cost another £200 which is worrying as my first retainer only lasted 8 weeks. Apart from this i would recomend having the treatment as the results are fantastic.

I was thoroughly impressed with the treatment I received from Stuart Steven. Admittedly I was wary of having veneers and it took me a while to bite the bullet and start the work. Now I regret NOT getting it done years ago! I now have a lot more confidence and am not hiding my teeth anymore. The treatment itself was quick and efficient - although not rushed as I was informed what was happening every step of the way. I now have lovely straight, unstained teeth.
