Teeth Whitening Sidcup

Had a raging toothache and managed to see my dentist first thing as there had been a cancellation (lucky me!). There was no obvious cause of the pain so an X-Ray was taken and it appeared likely that there was an infection near the root. Dentist prescribed a course of antibiotics and a week later (and fingers crossed) the pain has disappeared. Cannot thank my dentist enough.

I had been nervous about the Dentist for many years, and as a result, my teeth and gums suffered, but quite a few years ago after having a close relative put me in touch with Hook Lane Dental Practise. I go to the Hygienist now on a regular basis and Natalie puts me at ease, my dentist is the same.

I went to this dental practice today and saw Dr Arlina and her assistant Jane, I had to have 2 extractions which I was very anxious about but Arlina and Jane were both very professional and kind in reassuring me. I received very good care and kindness and would recommend friends and family to go here. I have to return for more treatment but am not as scared or anxious about going now. I can’t thank you enough girls for how you treated me, also the reception staff were very nice and friendly too, thankyou xx

On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
