James qualified in 1992 from King’s College London. He has worked exclusively in the City since 1995. He took two years off to gain a masters degree in Conservative dentistry at the world-renowned .

James is the immediate past-president of the  and a member of the  (AACD). The AACD is the largest international dental organisation dedicated to advancing the art and science of cosmetic dentistry.

James is a member of ,  and the 

He lectures on tooth whitening techniques to other dentists and is on the board of the . Lectures internationally on minimal invasive dentistry and marketing your practice.

He writes for Maxim magazine and has appeared on many television and radio interviews. He has just been voted the most influential person in Dentistry in the UK by trade magazine ““.

His book Brush is a number one best seller on and ALL the profits go to charity Dentaid.

After qualifying from Guys Hospital in 1996 Zaki embarked upon a career pathway, which lead to him gaining a 2 year Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry from the GKT Institute, the largest Medical and Dental School in the UK.

Zaki has a Diploma in Dental Sedation, as well as in Hypnotherapy and has recently become a Licentiate of The Faculty of Homeopathy. He is a member of both The American and British Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and is currently on the Board of Directors of the BACD. He is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology in the UK and is an Editorial Consultant for Dental Implant Summaries, a widely distributed Implant Journal.

He has been working as part of the Bow Lane team since it was started in 2001.

Ilan has been working in the city as a private cosmetic dentist for close to 10 years, and has a passion for designing and creating beautiful, natural smiles that not only look great but last a long time.

Ilan has travelled extensively around the world to attend courses detailing the latest techniques and learning from other like-minded colleagues.

Ilan has lectured around the world  on the growing sector of digital and cosmetic dentistry.

Ilan won the prestigious restorative smile of the year award at the 2009 “Smile Awards”, and also won the 2010 National  Smile Award for his work on veneers.

Ilan has completed a 1 year implant course and is a member of the British and American Academy Cosmetic Dentistry of . In addition he is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology.

Currently Ilan is working with 3M lecturing on LAVA to study groups and is one of a select group of dentists in the UK to be using and lecturing on the Chairside Oral scanner that will eliminate the need for any more impressions.
