Sonia qualified as a dentist in 1975 from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She was in general dental practice in the UK and South Africa until 1987. She then joined the Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA) as a lecturer in Diagnostics, Dental Radiology and Dental Biomaterials and obtained an MDS in Biomaterials in 1993. Sonia returned to the UK in 1993 and has been in general dentistry ever since.

Since qualifying from King’s College London, Stephen has been keen to continue developing his post graduate skills and knowledge. He obtained a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons, and is currently undertaking a Restorative MSc at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute.
