I have recently used the services of The Dental Concierge and am very happy to provide a testimonial.
In all honesty, the service I received was exceptional.
I had not been near a dentist for nearly 35 years. I had a large gap between my two front teeth which had got worse over the years as the gum between those teeth seemed to be getting bigger. My teeth were also in poor condition and I knew the only way I could deal with this was to have some kind of cosmetic dentistry. I took the plunge to enquire and one of the responses I received was from Matthew at the Dental Concierge. I had received many replies to my enquiry and many seemed to make a diagnosis based on nothing more than what I had told them in an email and a photo that many requested. One reply even said I needed root canal treatment without having seen an x-ray!
Matthew's reply stood out from the rest. We first started using email as contact and many queries were answered, informatively and without any pressure. We then had a conversation and as soon as I spoke with him my mind was put at rest. All items were fully costed and I knew lots about the treatment, who was doing it and how long it would take.
I live in Spain and Chose the UK Practice...
I decided to use the UK practice and as I am living in Spain. I was met at the airport by Matthew and taken to my hotel. My treatment plan was again discussed and I was told it would begin that afternoon. I was nervous but reassured every step of the way.
When I met my surgeon, Dr Shaffie he again put me at ease. I had an x ray and an impression was taken which I was told would be ready tomorrow and would show me what my teeth would look like after treatment. Again, everyone was professional and reassuring.
I eventually had six veneers. The result was spectacular and has genuinely changed my life. I feel some old confidence has returned and I am really and enjoy smiling again. I have no hesitation in recommending the Dental Concierge and its excellent team. The service was excellent and I will definitely be using them again.
