About Ravat and Ray Dental Practice - Burnley

Ravat & Ray Dental Care, Burnley are currently accepting new NHS patients, you are very welcome here at Ravat &Ray

Burnley practice has been awarded BDA Good Practice Scheme Membership for standards in excellence. It is located in the heart of south-west Burnley at The Fold Centre for Integrated Health and Wellbeing off Venice Avenue. 

The Fold is a brand new purpose built centre aimed at providing a wide range of healthcare services to the whole of Burnley. The dental practice is located on the first floor of the building and boasts excellent access facilities including a lift, automatic doors at the front entrance to the building.  It is equipped with three state of the art surgeries and is able to offer a full range of NHS treatments and a comprehensive range of private treatments such as tooth whitening. The entire practice is fully computerised including the use of digital x-rays in surgery and is fully HTM-01-05 compliant.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure we continue to offer the best service possible we would like to remind our patients that, we strive to reduce the amount of clinical time wasted and follow a very strict policy for patients who fail to attend their dental appointments or cancel their appointments within 24 hours.       

We operate a Zero tolerance policy for physical/verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour against any of our staff.

Patients are requested to pay charges in full prior to treatment.

The practice reserves the right to refuse to see patients who dont comply with Ravat & Ray policies

We are a dental access center but please telephone the practice for an appointment.

We are currently  welcoming children as well as adults to join our Burnley practice. If you would like to find out more then please get in touch with our friendly staff who will be happy to help.

My teeth look and feel amazing

5 50 Teeth Whitening, Scaling and Root Planing, Dental X-Ray • Paid: £300

I am currently an NHS patient at the practice my check up including x-rays and scale and polish was £18.50 I then enquired whilst in surgery about tooth whitening options after all options explained I decided on Air flow and then take home whitening kit one word WOW my teeth look and feel amazing both the nurse and dentist made me feel relaxed and I was really pleased with all options provided.

From the warm welcome and greeting you receive when you walk in to the actual treatment you receive I find it difficult to fault this dental practice. The reception staff are polite and professional and go out of their way to ensure you feel like an individual rather than just a number. You just have to sit in the waiting room ( modern and comfortable ) to hear and see how they apply the same attention to detail for all customers who call or visit.

The dentist is excellent at their job and provide a fantastic service both in treatment and information about prevention. I seldom need treatment other than the 6 monthly checkup and clean but when I have needed the odd filling etc these have been done with attention to detail ( colour match, shape etc) and more importantly pain free. A far cry from my earlier memories of dental treatment. I don't believe anyone enjoys visiting a dentist but I can say that this excellent team do all they can to minimise any issues you have , especially in my case where I have had a fear of dentists from previous experiences as a child.

Very helpful, although again they don't offer IV sedation in Burnley - it's their partner branch in Bolton that do this.
