Review I visited this practice for the first time back in April of 2012 whilst suffering agonising pain. The pain I was experiencing was due to 20 years of avoiding Dentistry. To say I was a nervous dental patient would be a massive understatement. I was so nervous about undergoing any dental work that I'd suffered the pain and lived with it for those twenty years. And what a mess my mouth was in when I attended this practice for the first time. I was extremely nervous when I arrived at Reception. I was met by an amazing, friendly and enthusiastic team of staff and then taken promptly to Andy, my Dentist. His approach was like none I'd experienced before. His assurance that I'd feel zero pain was taken with a massive pinch of salt, but turned out to be true. He sorted the problem and relieved the pain within about 15 minutes. Thereafter he assessed my mouth and gave me a plan of treatment which would free me from any future pain. Based on my initial experience with him, I took the plunge and agreed to it. And it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As I write this it's 17th November 2012 and I'm not only pain free but in possession of a smile I'm proud to show. The work which Andy had to undertake was pretty extensive; extractions, root canal treatment. All horrific to contemplate when gripped with a profound fear of dentistry. The fact was that I can say, in all honesty, I felt no pain when Andy was working on my mouth. None. And because of that, I persevered and made it to the end of my treatment course. I'm overjoyed with the end result and would recommend this practice to anyone who, like I had, has a serious fear of dentistry. Go here and you'll understand what I'm saying.Graham, UK, 17 Nov 12
