I have attended this practice for several years. My dentist is Nadia and her nurse is Louise. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness dispel any concern regarding treatments such as crowns, the dreaded fillings or repairs that may be required, and all of which I have had at one time or another, alas. Nadia and Louise work as a great team at this practice.

Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. I am very nervous of attending the dentist, but the staff there are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease. A special thank you to Mandy who encouraged me to attend an appointment and to Jaina the hygienist who has sorted out a number of problems for me- both so lovely and supportive and have helped me overcome my nervousness. I now do not worry about attending the dentist. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice.
