In the past, I was seen by Sureeta who runs the practice. This was our second visit to see Sarah, who trained in Kuwait and I suspect is Sureetas protege!! She has quite simply (what we used to say in the conservation world) 'good hands', which of course is a huge asset in a dentist, as well as a lovely caring and sympathetic manner with a huge smile!! As ever a wonderful welcome from Alicia, while Sarah has a new nurse called Kayleigh who was very friendly and capable despite only having been there for a few weeks. Sarah did our checkups and my hygiene clean to time, which is important to us.

My family have been with Hartley dental practice for as long as I can remember and have always been very impressed with all the practice members but today they went over and above. My husband and I both wanted urgent appointments for our teeth and as we live 40 minutes away wanted to be seen at the same time, When I first rang this was not possible so we made to separate times. Then I had a phone call to say that they had a cancellation and that they could fit us both in on the same day 40 minutes apart which we were over the moon about. Our treatments were fantastic as usual and we both would just like to say thank you very very much.

My family and I have had nothing but the best treatment. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate us by fitting us in if there is an emergency and always being friendly and making us feel at home.

I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. I am very nervous of attending the dentist, but the staff there are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease. A special thank you to Mandy who encouraged me to attend an appointment and to Jaina the hygienist who has sorted out a number of problems for me- both so lovely and supportive and have helped me overcome my nervousness. I now do not worry about attending the dentist. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice.
