Dr Quail worked as an associate dental surgeon in London for four years after qualification, gaining a wide range of experience in NHS dental care. He then opened a successful general dental practice in Dortmund, Germany providing the full range of general dental services as well as treating complex cases such as telescope crowns, precision attachments and full mouth restorations. In 1997, Dr Quail opened The Maltings Dental Surgery in St Albans, Herts, and in 1998, he opened Ambience Dental Practice in Swindon, Wilts. He strives for excellence in both practices and believes in continuous access to NHS dental care for the local community, and providing quality, affordable cosmetic dental care in modern, comfortable, surroundings and convenient locations.

Dr Deborah Crawley has been a member of the Maltings Dental care team since 2001, having qualified in Cardiff in 1990. Previous to this Dr Crawley has worked in several practices in Hertfordshire.
She is a caring concientious family orientated dentist and takes pride in keeping up to date with the latest dental advances. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has an interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Crawley lives in St Albans with her husband and 3 children.
Dr Alex Bartilotti joined our practice team in May 2011. He qualified and in Portugal in 1997 where he practiced until moving to the UK in 2004.
