I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

I have been attending this clinic for many years and always received excellent treatment. On this occasion I was given an appointment at very short notice. I was seen by Dr Paras Malde who made me feel very welcome. His friendly manner made me feel at ease right from the start. He listened very carefully to me explaining my problem and following an examination gave me his diagnosis in a clear and understandable way. I am most grateful to him and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone at Pinn Dental Practice make going to the dentist a pleasure - well, not quite - but certainly as painless as possible. Thank you.

My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Super service, I had a painful tooth and got a swift appointment. I was treated by the doctor very efficiently and despite my fears, very comfortably. Very friendly and understanding, the staff appreciate the patient's reservations about treatment and are very reassuring.
