I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

Attended my first assessment this morning regarding a consultation for 2 implants.Very informative and the explanation of the procedure was clear.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I feel both grateful and blessed to have discovered Dr. Ric’s dental practice. He is an excellent communicator, gentle and a gracious man. This afternoon, along with his dental nurse Huma, he restored my bridge to perfection. I had been told by another dental practitioner it wasn’t possible to re-cement the bridge and that l needed implants! Dr Ric assessed the status of my bridge and told me it could be restored. It was wonderful to be given positive news on the status of my bridge. I had a clear dental payment plan so there were no hidden surprises at the end of treatment. Additionally, l found that Dr Ric and Huma were not only extremely professional but also friendly and relaxed. I highly recommend Herts Dental.

My initial reason for choosing the Whippendale Dental Clinic for implant treatment was the huge number of 5-star reviews here on WhatClinic. My experience fully justified those reviews and now I add my own 5-star review to them. Dr Gulshan Murgai has proved to be an absolute star! Not only is he highly experienced, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional, he's also a really nice guy. His staff too are excellent and very friendly. Each time I had an appointment it almost felt as though I was visiting friends! Here are things that I particularly appreciated: The preliminary conversations we had to help me decide what approach would be best in my particular case. Very helpful information, all questions answered and guidance is given without any pressure whatsoever. As a result, the conclusion and decision I arrived at proved to be the right one. The successful procedures Dr Murgai undertook to provide me with a full set of implants and replacement teeth - that now look and feel great and work well. His obvious huge technical skill. The detailed explanations Dr Murgai gave me about everything that I asked - and I asked a lot because I'm into detail and knowing 'whys' and 'hows'. The exceptional care he took to get everything right - not just 'good enough' but the best possible outcome. If something needed adjusting he took the time and trouble to do that each time it arose. The state-of-the-art equipment and facilities in which Dr Murgai has invested to enable him to deliver the highest quality dental surgery. The fact that Dr Murgai has his own dental lab and skilled technicians on site so that everything is under his control and done to his high standards. So was the experience entirely pain-free? You wouldn't expect it to be in my case, with extensive surgery involved, but Dr Murgai did his best to effectively minimise the discomfort. No complaints but I really don't like injections! Still, Dr Murgai's skill meant that I really couldn't feel a whole lot while he was working on me. So would I recommend Dr Murgai and his clinic? Absolutely! I have complete confidence in him and he's my dentist from now on.
