Hygienist Session Hampshire, UK

This was my second visit to the Birchfield Dental Practice in New Milton. I cannot speak more highly of my dentist Mr Matthew Hefferan. My follow up hygiene appointment with Bronya Hayward was also very thorough and professional. Bronya also gave me such good advice regarding daily dental hygiene. Such a friendly and professional team within this Practice. Thank you all.

Having recently had five implants fitted I can personally recommend Clear Dentistry and especially Dr Leech. He clearly explained all of my options from the start and as well as being highly skilled, has been very kind and patient throughout the preparation and fitting process. As a result of this complicated treatment my quality of life has improved dramatically and I am extremely pleased.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. I am away on holiday at the moment and have an appointment with my dentist in Romsey to talk over the options open to me. I will obviously get back with any decision I make as soon as I return from my week's holiday and my appointment on the 27th March. Totally satisfied with my treatment and with the two dental plans given.

My teeth feel brilliant after seeing Viktor the Hygienist. I also had a dental check-up with Bob and Paul. They were both really professional and friendly. I have always used this dental practice and will continue to do so.

We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

Amazing professional service I had a tooth extracted and a denture fitted the same day Really attentive and professional clean and service and now have a full set of beautiful teeth.
