Hello, I have been an existing patient of James Pugh from Bognor Regis since 2014. It's the best dentist l chose at the time. l had a lot of dental issues. James sorted this out over a period which I was thankful for. I could not ask for a dentist better than James. I always look forward to my appointments. Carol Story. many thanks.

My teeth feel brilliant after seeing Viktor the Hygienist. I also had a dental check-up with Bob and Paul. They were both really professional and friendly. I have always used this dental practice and will continue to do so.

We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

I cannot praise the practice staff for the way they have to treat me and my wife. My wife has always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone in the practice made her feel welcome and calmed her nerves. As for myself, due to COVID and the fact that my previous dentists were a victim of the "lock-down" and ceased practising, left me in a lot of pain due to a bad wisdom tooth, but Dr V.J. Worked his magic and now I'm pain-free. Once again thank you all and stay safe.

Every interaction I've had here has been outstanding. Every member of staff, from the practitioners to the receptionists, are so friendly and put you immediately at ease. I've never been so impressed or left my dentist/hygienist appointments so happy before.

Very helpful dentist Sophie had identified numerous problems before I even opened my mouth and gave me some great tips on how to reduce future problems. Felt like old school dentists that used to know you from childhood and were great. The reception staff both really helpful and friendly and in particular Vikki who is particularly helpful and friendly.

I cannot recommend Dr Ansu and all her team enough. The quality and care she gives to you are brilliant, you are made to feel relaxed and at ease. The dental treatment is just first class, when you leave you just feel you are getting the best dental care.

Final stage of root filling with Biomimetic Onlay completed. This is the most complicated procedure I have had done other than standard fillings. Whilst initially appears an expensive procedure, there was a lot of very skilled work and care over a few months. The final result is excellent and looks and feels as if the tooth is original. Daniel and his team take time to get things right and this is much appreciated. Highly recommend this procedure if needed, and this practice.
