The consultation was thorough, informative and all aspects of treatments and costs fully discussed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I’ve been Sam’s patient since he took over the practice. In that time I feel I have received an excellent level of treatment and care. I have regular check-ups, and though they have occasionally been cancelled they have always been rearranged within a reasonable time frame, usually the following week. On a few occasions, I have called with concerns regarding my teeth and have always been able to gain an emergency appointment within 24hours. Through the pandemic, I have been grateful to be able to continue my regular check-ups, when government restrictions have allowed them to be open, and have been happy and comfortable with the safety precautions taken.
