About Lucy Reed Dental Hygiene

Private Scale and Polish £40. Welcome to the first independent dental hygienist clinic in Wales. Opened in May 2014 for the first time ever, clients can now visit a dental hygienist without having to see a dentist first. We provide private dental hygiene treatments and LEGAL tooth whitening. Lucy is registered with the General Dental Council to provide her full scope of practice in Dental Hygiene. We offer 45 minute appointments as standard for only £40 and use top of the range equipment. Lucy has over 24 years of experience in her profession and cares passionately about providing the highest level of care at an affordable price.

An absolutely amazing experience with Lucy today, which was far superior to any hygienist or dentist visit I've ever experienced (and I've had many). Lucy is extremely knowledgeable, super thorough, and fantastic at what she does. Her prices are also very reasonable given her experience and the time she devotes to each patient. Becoming one of Lucy's patients is the best decision I've ever made for my teeth.

She has all the right equipment and knowledge

The build-up of plaque during the pandemic as local dentist closed. I was horrified when I saw the plaque behind my bottom teeth. I didn't waste any time and sourced a private hygienist which came with good reviews. Rest assured Lucy was protected and so was the small premises. She has all the right equipment and knowledge. She did a thorough job compared to my hygienist at my NHS dentist. So will be returning in 3 months.
