Had my teeth straightened with Invisalign braces. Dr Ricky did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. He put me at ease as a very nervous patient.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I attended Chingford Mount practice as a patient of Dr.Sharma, the orthodontist. I was referred by my dentist as I wanted to do something about my crooked teeth, which seemed to be getting worse, for my son’s wedding. I am delighted with the results - I only wish I had done it sooner. My teeth were so bad I could not use Invisalign so had to have white (invisible) train tracks. It has taken about 18 months, it was uncomfortable at times but well worth it. Dr.Sharma is gentle, kind and a real magician. The practice staff were also friendly and helpful.

On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

Had a consultation today and found this clinic to be very Covid19 aware was very pleased with this. My consultation was very professional and the staff were very friendly.

I’ve been coming here for years and had a root canal treatment with Dr Martin Whelan. He’s very friendly as are all the staff, comforting atmosphere, and every procedure I’ve had done has been painless and high quality. Definitely feels like a place where they have your best interests at heart.

What an exceptional dental team! The staff members are highly professional and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, providing outstanding treatments. The dental hygienist is absolutely brilliant. The results left me completely amazed. I will surely be returning for future visits. Finally, I have found a dentist whom I genuinely appreciate.
