I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. All my teeth had to be removed from the hospital and I went to Vivek for dentures. That treatment is now coming to a close and I intend taking my special needs son to him. Recommended by my father who had several implants carried out by Guy Barwell. Guy did a great job as well as supporting my anxiety levels without the need for sedation with his calming aura. He did not let me suffer a step-by-step explanation he got on with the job in hand just as I requested. He completed my implant process to the relaxing music of Led Zepplin’s Stairway to Heaven. The rest of the team was also great and formed a part of providing a superb outcome where we all worked together on choices. Receptionists were important too … that first part of the process and at the beginning of every appointment. Always there to answer every question posed and keep reception a friendly area.
