Review Over a period of approximately 3 years I have attended this clinic and I am not happy at the treatment I have received! I have only once on around 8 visits been taken on time, On two occasions I have been waiting more than twenty minutes over the appointment time and had to leave due to other commitments without being treated due to other commitments and without advice what was happening or the reason for running late. The treatment that I received to fit a crown from scratch, which involved x-rays right through the preparation and fitting of a new crown. After one week the crown fell out and had to be refitted, after a period of 15 months it fell out again and had to be refitted and after two days fell out. I have since had a second opinion from another dentist and it would appear that the crown was either not prepared or ordered properly as on advice it would not stay permanently if fitted again as was not the correct size. Why did the dentist not tell me and continue to fit the crown. Not happy!Raymond, UK, 22 Nov 12
