Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Visited hygienist for regular 6 monthly appointment. Lovely clean and modern surroundings. Treatment room was warm and comfortable with relaxing music. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite and explained things clearly. A pleasant experience!

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before!
