The whole team at Delicate Dentistry are totally professional at what they do - efficient, friendly, always encouraging, helpful and consistently so too. Mark himself is such a gentle practioner of his profession, yet carries out procedures to the very highest of standards and his dental nurses too work to the same high standard in complete harmony with him. I was treated very kindly today by all the staff. The young dentist was very professional and kind to him. I was delighted with my treatment.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Amazing! Very kind and gentle dentist and a happy personality, which makes all the difference! He is so very honest and explains things well. I felt really safe and had trust in him. I had a great dentist 50 years ago and have never found one like it since - until now! Fantastic!

Visited today where the wonderful Romi repaired 3 broken front teeth. Never thought it could be done but it was brilliant treatment. In fact all the staff here are lovely.

I attended my first appointment with Princes Street Dental Care 0n 27th October 2021 at 10.15. I my first impression was the welcome received by the reception staff and the professionalism dealing with my requirements, treatment plan together with future appointments and payments. I was introduced to Mr George Dobrescu who was my dental practitioner for today and future appointments. I found George and the nurses very friendly and professional throughout the treatment explaining my dental problems verbally and visually, comprehensively. I have confidence in George and his nurses for my upcoming treatment plan and would have no hesitation in recommending this Dental practice to any person.
