Specialist in ProsthodonticsGraham qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1986 and practiced in hospital Oral Surgery for 2 years before moving into General Dental Practice.Graham then continued his postgraduate education in fixed and removable prosthodontics. He passed Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and then undertook a two year Masters degree in Conservation, which he passed with distinction from Guys Hospital.whilst at guys, he developed a special interest in the intricacies of occlusion, implant placement and complex restorative treatment.In 2000 Graham gained his Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) and was admitted onto the Specialist list in Prosthodontics.He has had a referral practice for crown and bridgework and implants since 1996.Prosthodontic ReferralsIt is always extremely difficult to provide estimates over the telephone. A simple letter of referral from colleagues is requested highlighting the nature of the problems and any relevant medical or psychological history.

Philip McCauley graduated from Queens University Belfast Dental School in 1999. After a year in general practice Philip then worked for a year as a Senior House Officer in the Oral Surgery department at Poole General Hospital gaining valuable experience in dentoalveolar surgery as well as passing the MFDS examination in May 2001.Philip completed the osseointegrated year course at the Walpole Street Practice in June 2002 and has been placing and restoring implants in general practice since November 2002. In January of 2005 Philip took up a part time post at the Walpole Street Practice working closely with Dr Eddie Scher who runs a well renowned implant referral practice in Chelsea, West London. In July 2005 Philip was awarded a Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Philip also lectures on the use of implants for restoration of missing teeth to other dentists.

David qualified from Cardiff in 2000 and joined the Royal Army Dental Corp where he achieved the rank of Major. He served in Germany, Brunei, Bosnia and all over the UK. Davids interest in surgery developed whilst being a Senior House Officer at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. He left the Army in 2006 and has since been based in private practice. David has quickly increased his implant exposure by working in Ilkley, London and Cornwall in Implant referral practices. David is currently completing his MClinDent with Kings College London in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. He holds an Honorary Research contract at the Eastman Dental Institute and is currently awaiting several papers for publication. David has recently completed a month fellowship at the University of Berne, Switzerland, working alongside world-renowned implant surgeons.He has lectured both nationally and internationally on both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry. He has lectured at The Royal College of Surgeons and is involved in the teaching and examination of the IQE and MJDF examinations. David is a founder member of The Byrnes Implant Study Group. David is a member of the ITI and has travelled across Europe attending courses. He is a member of the BDA and a member SAAD. (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry)
